wht is th MINDSET of Samsung

    does the company have a mindset that if their any smartphone gets flop or not sold with in high number so they don't want to provide it any update properly or not tym to tym or no  any big update 

why is everyone talking like that galaxy A30s is a flop modal or a not best selling device,so it completely ignore by Samsung.but yrr we are purchased it in 17k .do you no galaxy A30s specifications.....

I don't think that is the reason.Samsung provides updates to its mobiles for 2 years.May be they are late but it provides guaranteed updates for 2 years.

how did you get to know its ignored by Samsung?
flop or hit doesn't affect on update policy at all, if Samsung sale only one handset of any mobile it will get the update as per policy

hmm it's right but we can clearly see discrimination in the android 11 list ,many of cheap or lower bdgt device is getting ui3 early then midrange device like us A30s A30 A20s .many of in April may why A30s Nd other good device in the last everytym,, even when android 10 update ...it is the mindset of Samsung 😐😐
