where is Android 10 update for Galaxy A70

I can't understand what's wrong with Samsung team ? Galaxy A smartphones like A50 & A70 users of Pakistan still not getting Android 10 update and suddenly last night my cousin got Android 10 update on his A6+ 2018 smartphone.

What a joke !!! This is totally disgusting...

What is going on please anyone can tell me ?
