warning on my samsung galaxy A5 Android "The video codec is not working

warning on my samsung A5 The video codec is currently used by other applications. please close the application on task manager and try again.
But there are no other application on task manager plz tell me how to solve the problem.

Tap the three vertical lines at bottom of screen.

Then tap the prompt "Close all apps" .

This will close the App which is using your video camera
