because the A70 september patch is for SM-A705FN variant only..

try using a type-c headset.. because thats the main feature of september patch.. check if your phone support type-c headset..

but still I didn't get the updates all other device like a50 get October updates

just wait for it bro... hehe im using s10+ and i stil don't have my october update also., i usually get my update last week of the month..
