I've bought an A50, 15 days back. Yesterday, i updated the software and from then on my IMS services keeps stopping every 2 minuites, i am not able to connect to the mobile network, phone keeps hanging and all. 
After all this, samsung has closed its helpline numbers mentioned in this app, live chat shows error 403 forbidden. 
Tech. Support is also not present to rwsolve the problems.

A good option would be taking it Service Center. They might do the software update properly and give it to you
