unable to place or receive video call

I am using samsung a21s(6/128gb). I have tried to place video call but it as the recipient recieves the call it automatically turns down to audio call. Phone screen does not allow me to convert any audio call to video call as provided by other brands and when recipients tries to do same it says that i have rejected video call.

I have observed same problem with samsung a31, a51, a07(2019) and m21

So how can i enable video calling on my phone without installing or using any third party video calling apps like google duo/skype/whatsapp/telegram etc

if you don't want to use third party apps then you have to use Jio SIM .

try to call airtel and jio user
I think may be connect video call

Try calling Jio to Jio OR Airtel to Airtel it will work.
