In the A51 the steps in the samsung health isn't counting and it always set to 0 ( zero ) and till yesterday it worked but today its not working so what to do

please check your gps signal and then try again
and you can try to clear the app cache etc

enable step count in setting otherwise clear cache then clear data. and try again
