Sometimes in my a50, the voice of the speaker is worst (karkarkar......) and after some time well automatic. The speaker is bad or mother board or any bugs.
Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
> Perform the interactive check of speaker (Samsung member app>>Get help>>Interactive check>>Speaker)
> Perform the reset settings (Settings>>General managment>>Reset>>Reset settings)
> Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.
> If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device
