Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
> Perform the interactive check of speaker (Samsung member app>>Get help>>Interactive check>>Speaker)
> Perform the reset settings (Settings>>General managment>>Reset>>Reset settings)
> Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.
> If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device
