currently only solution i can think of is to sell the samsung a7 2016 and buy other brand mobile phone cause samsung is busy developing new phone and updates/patches for it. and anyways this phone is outdated so i dont even expect samsung to fix the issue

same problem with my A7 2016 bro.
at least they must stabilise there software before ending up there 2 years software update program
