slow charging original charger and cable

 I bought a mobile from the carrefour market in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Samsung A51

The use time of the mobile is only three to four months

Currently the mobile is charged at a very slow speed, charging only one percent in 10 minutes

Taking this mobile from the confidence of Samsung products is the worst of Samsung in my two mobiles in a row

I lost my mind from Samsung's mobile

Possible it's not a charger issue but mobile or mobile battery. Since the mobile is still in warranty therefore take it Samsung service center.

check the cable ,enable fast charging mode and charge in cool environment as in morning or night because in warm environment and in high temperature mobile will not be charged
i am also using samsung a51 from 2 months but in afternoon its charging speed also decreased due to warm environment.
this is not a problem of mobile.
