Samsung hasn't provided the security update for galaxy a6+ model from 3 months its humble request to all a6+ user to raise your concern to Samsung. Cheap model like a6 and j8 already have dual volte support but our a6+ hasn't support dual volte mode and have October security patch
yes u are right,i bought this phone because it lies under premium category of samsung,but samsung is not caring about their customer problems as they are giving many updates to their j series smartphones but not in the a6 plus even security patch is also of october month which is very bad to know even my another phone on nxt 64 gb has latest update of january security patch level.and all other importamt updates are rolling time to time
