security update not installing

My friend bought a new Samsung Galaxy a11  and it is to be updated from 1 july 2020 update to 1 december 2020 but the software update always says "server error or couldn't connect to the server"

I have tried every type of internet but its not installing what should i do 

Will it help if i reset and try again any true ideas🤔🤔😟😟
