Once I added new pic to secure folder , it deleted without my permission,  why????

Are you able to locate the file in the secure folder recycle bin?

Where do you find your files missing from? Anyway, please refresh secure folder. Goto Settings > Apps > Secure folder > Tap "Force stop". Then tap, Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data.

Okay, Open secure folder gallery > tap the menu button (three lines) > then tap recycle bin. Select your file and tap restore. Thank you.

thanks but it's not shown in recycle bin , I don't know if it deleted or hidden

May I know how did you add your pic to secure folder?

from gallery >move to secure folder > put my password, then I open secure folder to be ensure and I founded there once go back and I open secure folder again I didn't found pic
