Galaxy A21s running on top of One UI Core software. Therefore, It's not compatible for Secure Folder. Both hardware and software must have knox functionalities.

First, REMOVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER. Second, your device runs on One UI Core, so Secure folder is not supported. If you badly want Secure folder, buy an other phone from A, S or Note series (A series only above 20k have Secure folder).
