each and every device have an unique features that already discussed. that press volume down key +power key together..if that method doesn't work in your device then factory reset your device once..may be software glitch is present in your device
I've been a loyal Samsung user since their S3 was out. But this A50s has been a huge disappointment for me! it doesn't have many 'basic android' features ! The camera performance is pathetic considering its '48mp' ! Disgrace ! plz never buy this phn !
