samsung galaxy a50 sound

The sound on samsung galaxy a50 doesn't  reduce in proportion  with what is being shown on the screen.for example even if i turn down the volume to almost half ,nothing is audible.anyone else facing this issue ?

yes. last point in audio level increase seems to increase volume by 30%.
