samsung galaxy a50 proximitysensors problem please help

While attending  a call or making  a call I face serious issues  with my proximity  sensors .
While I hold the phone near my ear ,the screen is still blinking and it is not turning off ,and some sort of heating issue in sensor side .I don't know weather other A50 users face this problem.
And I don't know weather it will fix by software update. 
If you guys have  any suggestions ,please help me with this

Hmm, hope it is not covering the notch area or you might need to remove it.

according to this guy it is software problem.
Samsung has to address it.

I also tried this ,there is no problem with my sensor, but while making a call, I face this problem.

Yup screen doesn't turn off during phone calls + accidental touch issue
