When i put my phn in charger that time phn will not charging. And i conutinue saw that your phn's tempreature is high when it's down your phn is countinue charging.... why samsung why..??😐

How can i solve that problem.??

Hello,
Some third party app and background running apps or using your phone while charging might be over heating your device. The best temperature to charge your phone is between 10° and 40°. Check the below screen shot for further reference.Do let me know if this solution worked for you.

but i reseted my phn yesterday still it's showing that.
