samsung a71 some time in pocket screen not wake up incoming call

I purchased new samsung a71 with full warranty ... And find this issue. When some one call me phone is in my pocket  is ringing in my pocket but screen is showing black and not wake up ,then i press the power button. Also fingers print is not working good. no protecter install. not match after trying so many try... Please correct this issue in new update

Maybe your proximity sensor doen't work on your device. And when it comes to fingerprint that can be fixed in update but for proximity sensor I think you need to check your phone at the service.

proximity sensor work good during call .. also check code *#77692*# work good... i delete some sensor testing app in my phone know its work good... i hope its all about faulty app.. what u think

I don't really now bro. Maybe you should check your phone at services or ask someone who understand phones really good.
