When I did software update my headphones jack does not work. When I plug im my earphones my phone go not register or pick up that I plugged it in.

When I take a video or send a voice note or just use my normal camera the wont be sound and my phones mic just won't work

When I get a whatsapp call the call will freeze and I cant hang up and I have to restart my phone

I have to restart my phone everytime I get this problems and it happens frequently

Please try the following troubleshooting steps : 

 

1. Please go to settings>> general management>> reset >> reset settings

 

2. Please go to Settings>>Apps>> Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner>>Show System Apps>> Software Update>> Storage>> Clear Cache.

 

3. Then please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

the software update i for recently it fixed the problems
