Galaxy Asimply go to YouTube and search, "how to reset galaxy a7 2018 with hard key."
notes:
1.this reset will delete all of your data which is in your mobile storage.such as;apps, pictures which is in your in mobile storage and the all things including settings.so backup your all pictures, videos and files. you can also back up your apps if you need.
2.after reset, you'll need your gmail account which is in your phone to access your phone again. so, keep your gmail account information before reset.
Advice: For more information just search in YouTube for better tutorial or contact with nearby Samsung customer service center.
