  I've been using samsung a50s user for past 10 months. I Can't able to take screenshot using edge panel condition.When I click that take screenshot option it doesn't take screenshot & I hav taken manually using volume down and power button this problem has been in the mobile for the last security patch update only.Consider this problem & Solve it in next update..

oh you have edge panel....I use a50s but edge panel disappeared after the upgrade

No, its present after Android 10 update, in my A50s.

You can take screenshot by enabling interactive controls from accessibility settings. Also possible in navigation bar.

Clear edge screen data/cache and try
or
just edit this panel and add it again
