i updated my phone to android 10, and after it my phone restart, i am expecting a call from samsung as tell by samsung team member, i don't understand why samsung is making **bleep** promises to call back?

supervisors call and ask for smart tutor to check the mobile condition mostly this happens when supervisor contact users.

One time or many time's your device restart after update ?

in helpline there is no supervisor, they also book a call from supervisor (3 times) but i dont recieve any call
