My samsung a31 back camera is always showing blurry image, it was when switched to wide angle camera. This issue was from day 1 purchase. Is it hardware problem or software problem.
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
* Clear camera lens with microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt and dust from the camera lens.
* Reset camera settings Camera > Settings > Reset settings > Reset.
