samsung a31 bottom speaker low volume

I am facing  low volume issue on a31 bottom speaker. Its so much irritating . Very hard to hear sound in crowded areas. Also have distortion in high volume. Any one have this same issue

I myself have been experiencing the same problem from day one not even speaker booster helping buyer said it manufacturer issue 😑 😒
