Hey samsung team,

my friend in  your service centre for the issue of network problem in samsung a30 . Now they changed speaker of his phone and speaker is damaged what should my friend do? They said that they never changed speaker.

if sokething else is damaged, report it to samsung centre again, they will change the defective part (onky if there isnno liquid damage)

there was no speaker problem before my friend submit to service centre

tell them that phone speaker is damaged after service.

Contact the same service centre again and ask them to fix everything..

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check device volume settings if its full or not.

 

2. Check mute all sound option

Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Disable Mute all sounds (if enabled).

 

3. Open samsung member app > Get Help > Interactive check > Choose the phone hardware you want to check and optimize performance(eg. ports).

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
