After June security patch my battery draining very fast and there is a bug my phone battery charge was at 89 percent after restart it becomes 100 percent instantly why i dont know anyone facing this issue after June security patch update

1. Battery optimization:- Settings>Select Device Maintenance/Device Care>Optimize>Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory

is this issue is a software bug?after june security patch iam facing this type of issue can you fix this issue on the next update?
