I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy A50. Whenever I turned on my mobile data it doesn't catch 3g or 4g signals. It stay only at 2g signals. When i restart my phone then it catch 3g and 4g signals. Also when i select only 3g signal then it doesn't catch 3g signals. Help me to solve the issue. I restored my phone, changed sim card, charged the sim slot. But problem still exist.

i have full coverage for 3g and 4g

make sure that your data settings are on auto connect always. insert your sim in some other 4G enable mobile and check the coverage status if your issue remain same then contact to your network provider for checking the coverage details. otherwise visit to Samsung Service Center near to you with your purchase invoice and official warranty card.

then you should contact to samsung service center yout nearby if you are from Pakistan.

Just On the Sim net then On the Airplane mode
after that Turn off Airplane Mode
Now your 4g data speed will enable

if it works select "Solution Accepted" by touching 3 dots.

Bro right now this is the solution
Just On the Sim net then On the Airplane mode
after that Turn off Airplane Mode
Now your 4g data speed will enable
