samsung A52 call recording option

i buy a52 model (A525f) when i check the phone dailer option the call recording found on it, after restore my data from gmail and samsung account the call recording option not found please see the photo.

i try to reset setting and delete all data not work

deleting phone dailer app data not work

how could  i resolve this problem?
