I think it should be a software problem. Cannot think settings reset may help. Also, if you don't use many apps it cannot happen. Okay, you have only 2 more options.
1. Reset your device and check.
2. Make a clean install from a customer service centre and check.
If the problem continues then it should be a hardware problem.
Before both options make a full backup your device to PC using Smart Switch.
