report this issue to samsung from "get help" page of this app, click "send your feedback..." and write your issue there. i also recommend taking it to a service center
yes its common problem arising in many samsung phone. what does u need to do is take a bowl put into the raw rice(uncooked)to it & placed ur phone into the rice bowl . charging point should should be inside the bowl. this is bcoz rice has t quality to soak the moisture. i tried many times.
if u hav done this. then go to app setting, show system app , usb setting ,clear cache, then restart ur phone . now all u need to do is u jst have to switch on to charge ur phone after getting lights off t phone but before being its restarted. its also works . try it
hi there, just wanted you to know that i am also experiencing the same issue for 4 days now, i am pretty sure my phoneis dry and have not exposed to anything wet, i did all the tips that i read online including soaking it in rice, blow drying it, wipe cache, hard reset and the moisture keeps on popping. i think it has something to do with software. Samsung needs to fix it asap!
