hi, i just purchased a samsung A50. when trying to set up the fingerprint sensor, i get the following error. "Fingerprint sensor callibration needed if the problem continues, contact customer services. I tried calling the customer service number on 08607267864. the technician who assisted me , says they Samsung knows nothing of such a problem, but if you search online, there are many people experiencing this error. 

if i bought a phone with fingerprint capability i expect it to be working, why is there no resolution from samsung on how to fix this problem, can you not release a fix, to me this is hugely negligent, there should be a recall on all phones if it is a hardware issue. please respond urgently on how to resolve it.

Try it without using any screen protector and do it with some moisture in fingers.
completely dry fingers tends to get rejected for unknown reasons...!

Where did you bought it?
It usually happens after screen replacement. Only samsung's service center have software to recalibrate it.
