restart(crash)

my galaxy A50 is restarting(crash) itself frequently. i have done factory reset also but the problem is still not solved, last time when it restarted this (pic attached) appeared. i there any solution for this??

my whats up keeps going off. i have to restore it often. becsuse of this many messages are not receivedand sometimes the received once are lost..you tube keeps stopping

No need of Firmware just download Smartswitch on your PC from Samsung Website, then connect your phone, Smartswitch automatically detect your phone and latest firmware, you just need download and tap on install simple and secure just you need at least 6GB of data.
