My galaxy a50 automatically restarts while using. I have done reset to default settings and cleared cache partition.

go to device care, at the top right, click 3dots , click on auto restart and deactivated it.

turn on safe mode. it will resolved your problem. hold power key while power option appears, then hold power off button ,then you will find a green tick on your screen. tap on it and your phone restart. to turn it off, restart again.

Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.
