i am staying in uae, i have bought samsung a50 model in india , now i am tryng to install a uae sim card , but its asking regional sim lock n puk i am facing dificulty in solving this pls kindly sort out my problem

did you put Indian sim card and used it if not then format your phone then after switching on first use Indian sim and then use uae sim

If the device is not under contract from any carriers, contact samsung for the unlock code. Don't enter random codes as it can permanantly lock the device.

activate the phone with uae sim, make or receive calls on it for more than 5 mins & then u can use other country sims
