this is the recycle bin in future deleted contacts stay there for 15 days restore from there

see I told you to contact the person who gave u the deleted contact no it worked next time sync ur account and contacts with samsung or Google account you'll never lose contacts no matter which phone u have these are screenshots of contact recycle bin
