"picture in picture" mode is not working in instagram

Hey Everyone,

I have purchased galaxy a51 few days ago and later i found out that "picture in picture" mode is not working for instagram.

While this mode is working great with other apps.

I have an old samsung A5(2017), in which this mode is working perfect with instagram.

So only am i having this issue or is there anyone else ?

"Picture in picture" mode can be tested doing video call along with chatting on same app.

Please help me through this.

yess! except instagram, it works for every app. So, wud u please tell me if it's working in insta or not ?

As we are trained to handle Samsung software and hardware related troubleshooting, we advise you to contact to the respective application software support. You can reach to the app developer through email channel go to: Play store > select more option> select installed app> click on read more.
