I just recently updated to Android 7.0. Since then, my phone has some sort of trouble identifying the correct battery percentage when it is charging. Sometimes it would get stuck at 94% then jump to 98%. Now it's at 91% and is charging very very very slowly and I have Fast Cable Charging on.

Is this a software issue?
Am I the only one experiencing this?

reset your phone then upgrade to 7.0
(reset factory mode)

my brother had the same problem , after the reset the phone works great.
or you have to wait until the realise android 8.0
