yeah bro!! On my A51 and M40 it shows same. where appropriate 600MB is reserved space and remaining used by os and system apps. These helps in smother experience of one ui

check your device care setting for all the apps which runs in the background and check the usage of ram of all the apps. u can stop the background if the apps which don't want to run and you can optimise the setting to clean that.

yes its normal. all android keep that much ram occupied in buffer. if wifi and data is off than save some more ram.
