it's says 5v and 1.55 a so basically it's just a 10watt charger and not a 15watt, if you really want 15watt then buy some other brand by checking the volts and the ampere rating..!

mine is a fast charger it's 5v 2A

1.5A Obviously charging will be slow. Buy a fast charger.(5V×1.5Amps =7.5W) Very slow charging..
