After last security update the phone charging speed very very slow and heating too much....first time slow charge and heating problem.....

phone heating issues won't be solved simply doing any tricks like clearing cahe, resetting the device,disabling location and restarting ....etc.........

visit the nearby Samsung authorised service centre if u want solve the problem shortly

I also have the same problem with A70 after July security update.

To resolve charging issue kindly follow the given below steps:-


1. If you are using non-genuine Samsung charger, check device charging by using another Samsung genuine charger. (If available)
Note: We always recommend to use genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.


2. Reset the device:- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report) along with Screen-shots(time taken to charge). This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
