phone complaint i want replace

I bought a new samsung galaxy A32 1week ago. now the phone have somany problems. Device is heating always, mic problem ,sound problem.

I am using galaxy A7 till 2021 no complaints. But the new device is very disappointing. I want it replace or exchange or return money back..
