phone automatically switch off problem

I am using my webex application for my online classes so I opened that app after 5 min automatically my mobile a50s has automatically switched off plz tell me some one why it happened or any problem.i am using my a50s mobile since 15 days I am soo sad it's a new mobile....

however as normally you can charge your device 100% then use it

sorry for that you haven't understood my point

i just say that charge your battery to 100% then discharge it its just a normal troubleshooting process but if the issue till persist then go to an authorized service center because its not a software problem its triggered by hardware probably

mostly such issues should not occur nor expected frm brand like Samsung.. if so get ur phone replaced.

service center will look for the problem. if the reboot is triggered by hardware thn they must replace the device or might be software issue which they are capable of fixing it.
