A50 has many problems right now.
After November security update, its fingerprint sensor doesn't work.
Battery life problem. Battery life is not so long as mentioned.
Earlier Performance was too good but from sometimes it creates a little bugs in os.
And many more.
Please fix the problems with better software update, unlike November update which creates soo much bugs in the phone🤷🏻‍♂️.

Hello prashant please kindly attach an error report in samsung member aap for the same.This is in regards to the Fingerprint.Please check whether Bluetooth,Wi-Fi,GPS,NFC,Screen rotation,Tethering and Portable Hotspot is turned on when not in use.Hello please kindly attach an error report in samsung member aap for the same.This is in regards to the Fingerprint.Please also check Power Saving or Ultra Power Saving Mode (If available).Auto Sync of E-mails,App data will drain battery.Network Fluctuation also darins battery.

Hi there,

 

Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the fingerprint issue-

> If any screens guard/tampered glass/protection film is available then first disables the fingerprint settings and then removes the screen guard.

> Once screen guard is removed now register the fingerprint again and check the issue

> Make sure to use the central fingerprint parts evenly when you register or scan fingerprint, so that all portions of fingerprint, including the center and corners have been fully scanned.

Nevertheless if you still have similar problems while registering or scanning your fingerprints, please visit to the authorized Samsung service center with device and have it inspected for further resolution.
