Samsung A5 2017 do not support Otg (USB),
what we should do?

1. Something's wrong with OTG (70%)
2. USB is not working (50%)
3. Your A5 2017 is not working (20%)

even mine the A5 2015 had same problem...i guess it a thing with the A series

A5 2017 does support OTG, but the adapter that comes with the phone is only for charging with old micro USB cables. You need an USB type C OTG compatible adapter - cable
