Everyone wants to get new feature or resolution for the ongoing issues in the future software update. Though the samsung team try their best to live up to user's expectation, sometime the software update instead of resolving the issue and making the experience better, it does the opposite.

Some users like me who was okay if not happy using the previous software update and have updated the software in hope to get better experience, should be provided with an option to reverse or undo the recent update and be happy with previous update. It will be great if such feature is included .

Again I request samsung team to provide an option to reverse the software update (whenever and whatever possible ). Thanks in advance

why I have raised this is because with every update there is some degradation in functionality. yes there are also some improvement. but overall every update brings more pain than some useful features. be it camera, fingerprint or battery drain, it s deteriorating with every update moreover samsung is very slow in providing software update. if such option available it will win win for both user and samsung. samsung can take its sweet time to provide software update and user who are not happy with new feature can carry on with older features.

I've received Android 10 upgrade, and I'm not regretting it.
my phone is works like charm and smooth better than before.
bcz you've experienced these problems that's why you're not satisfied.
i get it ...it happens all the time with a lot of users.
these option available only in some builds not in some os upgrade type builds..
samsung service center can help you in this but they provide latest system updates always..
only in rare circumstances, they will not do the upgrade until they are sure the build is bug free...
bcz they test your phone at service center too... and you can test it also at service center.. until you're satisfied...
bcz of policies they have to do this.
but you can try maybe they will help you bcz I've never tried this.
and you can upgrade your phone via OTA updates any time you want.
