Well, changing password will help, or else, you can allow certain devices only by allowing by adding the device MAC Address. So, the device whose MAC address is entered, only those will be able to access WIFI.

There will be an IP address provided by the router company. Generally it will be 192.168.1.100 or 192.168.10.100 log in ther you will get option to see connected users. Block it.
