My A51 has wifi connectivity problem. My wifi which works completely fine in my J7 Prime disconnects every 1 or 2 minutes interval in my A51.
This is very irritating.

Then tell me why my J7 Prime hasn't that wifi disconneting problem?
It indicates that my wifi is ok but my A51 has wifi connectivity problem.

Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:

 

  1. Check device network mode settings: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.
  2. Check network operator settings: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode. Check device network in open area. Kindly check your device in a different location/network coverage area.

 

If the issue stil remains unresolved, please contact your network service provider.
