I have Galaxy A8 Star

Whenever I m switching to volte, my network and data connection starts fluctuating to such a bad extent that I cant even make calls n recieve whatsapp chats , not able to open google page even However people using other Samsung phone are able to use this service properly at the same location and same operator (VF) I have auto connect mode under network selection still my coverage bar goes to one bar / blank Data connection goes off

i am facing the same issue on my a30 .. i have tried every possible solution including factory reset,hard reset and even flashing it .but it didn't work.

my problem is solve via service centre. go to your nearest service centre
