Galaxy AThere are many standards ranging from LTE A to LTE 6 CAT 6. Each standard has its own network speeds.
For instance CAT 6 supports 300 mbps whereas the LTE A can support downloads upto a speed of 42.2 mbps.
Whenever, trying to buy a phone check out bandwidth specs.
Motorola is the pioneer here. If you check out their internet specs, they always gauge their phones with high internet speeds.

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
